¹ By offering this website for use, ELD provides you with a worldwide, nonexclusive, non-transferable, revocable, marketing service (hereafter: “Service).

² By using this website as a Lawyer, you agree that all information that you shall publish on your personal lawyer page on our website will be public, without any liability of ELD in case of misuse by any User of the website.

³ You are sole responsible to check and update the information you provide, as well as to verify that your account on our website has been duly updated each time an update is necessary.

It can happen

⁴ It may happen that certain functionalities are no longer part of a certain package. ELD will do its utmost to keep you informed of such changes, but without guarantee. In order to keep the old functionality, you may have to purchase a more expensive package.

3. Usage Restrictions

By using this website, you agree that you shall use the Service provided by ELD in good faith and with due diligence and accuracy. Namely, you shall:

• not use, intentionally or unintentionally the service in violation of any applicable international, national or local law, rule or regulation.

Any unauthorized use terminates the Service granted hereby.

⁴ To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ELD disclaims all warranties. ELD will therefore not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this website.

¹ ELD’s website includes areas in which Users may post content and information, including photos, logos, text or other materials. You are solely responsible for your use of such areas and use them at your own risk.

² You agree not to post or otherwise publish through the website any of the following:

• Content that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, indecent, suggestive, harassing, threatening or abusive.
• Content that would violate rules of professional conduct or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, regional, national or international law or regulation.
• Content that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual right of any party. By posting any content, you warrant that you have the right to distribute or reproduce such content.
• Content that impersonates any person or entity you are not entitled to represent, or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

³ ELD takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto.

11. Termination

You can delete your account or your personal lawyer page instantly and at any time. Any monthly (or annual) amounts already invoiced will not be refunded. 

You acknowledge and agree that ELD, in its sole discretion, may terminate your website access at any time without being liable to you or any third party for termination of website access.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva.
